At Pump Time Fitness, we design customized resistance training programs to help meet your fitness goals. Our training programs are designed to help clients reduce body fat, gain muscle mass and increase energy level for the day to day tasks. Clients receive focused personalized 1 on 1 resistance training services. At Pump Time Fitness we provide advanced resistance training programs for a more efficient and effective workout. We recommend resistance training at least 2-3 times per week to help with desired fitness goals. Pump Time Fitness is a private Garage Gym that is safe and clean. Sessions are set up by appointment only.
